Privacy Statement
Industrial Sign & Graphics will protect your privacy. We do not sell or release information about you or collect information about you while you browse our site. If you provide us with any personal information, such as an address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, we will not disclose that information to third parties unless required to do so by law. We request your billing and shipping information for credit card address verification and for shipment processing. We respect your privacy and personal information.
Payment Terms
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard,Visa and Debit Cards through PayPal's secure online payment checkout system as well as with Google Checkout. We will verify shipping addresses with credit card orders for security purposes and to prevent fraudulent orders.
Sales Tax
California Residents please add 9.75% sales tax.
If you are in California and your purchase is for resale, please call our office to complete your purchase or download the CA Resale Form and fax the completed form to us.
Shipping Terms
All orders are subject to address verification.
Equipment will be shipped insured using a traceable carrier and will require a signature for delivery. Online orders are shipped within the United States only. International orders need to be pre-approved with a sales representative of Industrial Sign & Graphics before any product is shipped. We do not ship to PO Box addresses unless we receive payment by Cashier’s Check or Money Order and instructions are completed with a sales representative of Industrial Sign & Graphics. Orders placed Monday through Friday, will usually ship within 24-72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, but please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. If your shipment will be delayed by a week, we will contact you with the estimated shipping date.
International Orders
We reserve the right to refuse any international order that we feel may be fraudulent. All international orders must have a confirmed address and payment must be received prior to shipment of order.
Warranty Info
All equipment is backed by a Roland DGA factory warranty within the United States only. Warranty information will be included in the equipment package.
Refund Policy
**All equipment sales are final**
Return Policy
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, but no later than 5 days after receipt of order so we can take appropriate action. If shipment arrives damaged or opened, please do not discard product and shipping boxes so we can contact the shipping company to initiate a damage report. Returned or refused merchandise, without prior authorization from us, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as any return shipping charges.
